refurbished restaurant delicious soup roasted carrots chocolate sauce
The refurbished restaurant provided a good atmosphere. the homemade vegetable soup was a highlight. It was delicious. i particularly enjoyed the chicken breast with roasted carrots and broccoli, accompanied by a red peppercorn sauce. the profiteroles in chocolate sauce were a perfect ending to the meal.
the retainer fee i had to leave upon arrival was unexpected, though the check-in was smooth.

My twin room was clean and quite spacious. The bathroom included fresh towels and toiletries were provided. I found free parking available which was quite convenient. Breakfast was very nice each morning with many hot and cold options.
I noticed a small stain on the hallway carpet near my room.

I found the staff very friendly. Parking was very easy with great facilities. The hotel location made it simple to get to Anfield. Breakfast was a treat I enjoyed it.
The hotel exterior seemed a little run down. It needed a new paint job. The bed was not great I could feel the springs in the mattress. I could not reach Reception when I called three times

the breakfast was good. there were other options available.

I visited Aintree Racecourse and found the hotel to be conveniently close. Staff assisted with taxi arrangements. I appreciated their help. The hotel maintained cleanliness. The bar and restaurant layout was well-designed.
The room felt a bit too warm. A fan was provided, but it arrived only after three days.
